		<description>What a great combination of recipes, AAF! The pork roast sounds heavenly! I was pricing meat yesterday and walked away sadly, but for a very special occasion, pork is my fave.

I really, really appreciate your knowledge of Asian style cooking, and the Thai curry is something I&#039;ll be trying. I&#039;m still very much a novice in that realm, and I find that with every new dish I try, I accumulate some confidence with the unfamiliar ingredients and combinations.</description>
