My hope is that my new home town has an int'l grocery but, if not, I'll be living *much* closer to a bounty of int'l groceries - a mere 20-30 miles! And given I grow my own lemon grass and ginger, I should give homemade Thai curry paste another shot - yet another project for after I move! Can't wait to get into that kitchen ... of course, I need to paint it first. And take down that ridiculous old chandelier. And ...
