I just finished dinner — grilled steaks (after the rain stopped), fresh sliced tomatoes and fresh peaches with whipped cream. Made frozen french fries for the youngest member of the household.
I foolishly went to the farmer’s market this morning. And co-op day is Tuesday! If I don’t work tomorrow to get some of these veggies put up, I’ll be up to my armpits in tomatoes and zucchini.
