I supposedly have DSL now but it doesn’t want to work.
However, my dial-up now works like a charm. I think the phone company turned a secret dial, the one that frustrates Luddites like me with its hideous quality and weird quirks. But whatever! Dial-up works like a charm now, but the DSL - eh, not so much.
I think I got it to work! I wasn’t holding a button down long enough.
And it kept opening my email program, but I have around 900 messages I haven’t downloaded (which is why I never open my email program) ( ) so I kept having to force-quit it.
But I think it works. But I have to run into the other room and plug in a phone and see if I have a dial tone to see if it really *does* work.
omg, I feel so - so modern! Or is that post-modern???
Methinks you have a secret desire to shed some people you don’t like! When I got my new email I never could remember if it was a com or a net. I KNOW I dissed a few people with the wrong address. Us Luddites need to stick together.
Looked at your canning peppers, could that work with roasted peppers? I don’t think so, but what do you think? I usually just roast a bunch of spicy/hot peppers and freeze in baggies for use all year. I like the roasted flavor for dishes. But I like your idea of the fresh canned for condiments at the table and could also be added in dishes. What a dilemma! Um, I love these dilemmas!
I have a really good recipe for pepper hash that is to die for. I used to get jars at a festival that were worth their weight in gold. Then the lady that did them gave my Mother (one of her best friends) the recipe as she was dying from cancer. I found the recipe after my Mother died.
You know, mf, I got to see it and it’s wonderful. Well worth a read, and very informative.
Then my browser crashed. So it now takes blogspot a mere second to load and good 10 minutes to crash my browser, as opposed to taking 10 minutes to load, failing to load and crashing the browser anyway. Progress!

As long as you can get online and come visit with us, we’ll take you slow.

Actually, now that I have DSL, I think I can visit your site.
But I need dinner first — and to resend the mass emails I sent out giving people my new email. I kind of, er, gave them all the wrong one.

I’m not terribly functional after 7 pm.
