I expected it after I called that noxious White Christian Nationalist who owns the site (Chuck Holton) a blazing racist, but it didn’t happen until today.
Oh well, I have had a car-tuffel with my MIL this weekend as she sent me a blazing rightwing Christian screed right before the election and I objected to it in an email (I know, not a good thing). I think with my sweetie’s negotiations that the planets have settled down, but I just may stir things up a bit if she sends anything else….
You remember a couple of weeks ago I posted about my lunch with C and E, the Angry White Men? I think that E hasn’t yet forgiven me and I may have lost him as a friend.
C’s cool. He just likes to argue and is one of the fortunate ones who can separate what a person says from who they are.
Hmmm…half good and half evil? That could make you a Black and Tan? Half Guiness and half Champagne? I don’t think that you did anything to feel guilty about, dear heart. But, there is nothing wrong with being a créme brulée.
I agree with Scotia, Kate – don’t worry about the E’s. If he isn’t tough enough intellectually to stand up to a good argument, then I would not worry about him. Forgive him his weaknesses, and welcome him back with open arms when he comes crawling back to you! He will, if he has any shred of brains at all.

Look on the bright side. One less time-waster for your Saturdays.
Oh I’m not sad. I’m actually proud. If anything, I’ve been baffled that they never booted me before.

You naughty, naughty Scotia!
Well, the Scotia feels 1/2 naughty and 1/2 guilty….does that make a devil’s cake or a creme brulee??????
Kate, sometimes the E’s are too high to deal with!!! Sorry, but glad that at least C’s a good guy!
