Seems like the fresh ones are just delicious. These came out of the Sound yesterday! ;-) Just look at the picking of oysters last fall. We ate them that afternoon. Man, were they good. He had kumotos which are small and sweet and a transplant from Japan grown in the South Sound, Pacific which are big and juicy and the medium sized Olympic which we shot in our mouths! Yum!
