Minor grumble about WordPress: When I am working on a client's site, their WordPress cookies eat the PolitiCook cookies and I have to log out and back in again. Grumble, grumble.

Now.

What a delicious treat, Scotia! Thank you!

Re corningware: The current stuff being produced is more like what I would call stoneware, not the older ceramic-style oven-to-table casseroles of my younger days. The new corningware is not microwave safe as the older stuff is. I bought a dozen of the old casseroles on eBay a couple of years ago just to have a backup stock.

"They just don't make things like they used to." And to think I spent years rolling my eyes at my parents for saying things like that.

Thank you, the delicious crunch when you bite down on the crust is wonderful. One could eat the whole thing in one warm delight! I can send you some!

Yum! This sounds like a combination of a cobbler and a cake, all in one, and of course, your pretty dish makes it beautiful to look at as well.
"Cake for Two", eh? It sounds like I could eat this as "Cake for One" in no time.
