Already plucked and frozen, I hasten to add.

I’ve been curious about duck for a couple of years, thought about getting one for Christmas, but didn’t because I figured I would be the only adventurous soul to try it. A couple of weeks ago I bought some precooked breast filets at Whole Foods and tried those. Quite tasty! I shared one with my daughter and we both decided we liked it.

So i bought a duck this morning. I’ll thaw it out and report back on it after the cooking and eating part is done.
