I like the taste in food, especially ice cream, but not the green tea to drink. It gives me heartburn, so go figure. After looking around and drinking in the beauty, we were really hungry. We found the Osha Thai restaurant nearby. The food was excellent, and sure enough, they had Green Tea ice cream (without the Soy Sauce :smile: ). It was excellent. Haven't found another as good anywhere else, though. Come to think of it, soy is in the same category, which would make this an attempt at guiltless junk food, I guess. "It's not really ice cream, it's good for you!" If I'm going to eat ice cream, it's going to be Ben & Jerry's Creme Brulee. Sin mightily if you are going to sin. Green tea is supposed to be full of antioxidants – that whole “food as medicine” thing. Yea, I know, it's trendy trendy trendy, just the latest thing, but I'll take a well made glass of conventional iced tea any day over it or, if all else fails, iced black raspberry (omg!). In winter: Earl Grey or Lapsong Souchong with lots of sugar and cream. omg! Although I did use a green tea shampoo one time that was wonderful. It didn't work particularly well, but it smelled great. Ugh. The whole green tea thing baffles me.
