		<description>Chicken salad was a staple when I was growing up, but it wasn&#039;t the same as this one.  This has so many layers of flavor that every bite is an adventure.  Use a really coarse, rustic bread to make sandwiches.  It would overpower a mild bread. :wink:</description>
