Texas Caviar, which is like this recipe, but without the Frisee, is very popular back in Texas. It is nowhere near this dish in layers of flavor and texture, though. I really stuffed myself on this one the first time. Great by itself or with rich spicy food.

This sauce is very flavorful and versatile. We used it as a sauce for the chicken enchiladas, dip for baked homemade white corn tortillas, sauce over rice and beans, and especially over eggs in the morning! Lovely!

I have always loved Brussels Sprouts (I know, weird kid), and this recipe really kicks them up a notch. They turn out crisp, with multiple layers of flavor and texture. Great! Try them, you'll like them even if you don't already like the little guys.

The Turkey Tetrazinni was incredible! It had so many layers of flavor. What a dish. And so many future dishes made possible by the stock from the roasted bones. Yumm!

I made the Turkey Hash, which is one of my favorites. Oh, bless you Turkey! I give my humble thanks to the Goddess for the bounty she has provided for us.

I grew up eating fresh Cranberry relish at holiday dinners, as my Grandmother always made it. My mother made it, also. I have never tasted Cranberry relish like this one, though. The Ginger tea makes it really special. It gives just enough Ginger flavor to make it unique, without being overwhelming. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

For those who have never tasted tomato jam, you have to try it. It is really unbelievable. This one is especially nice because of the touch of hot pepper. Not enough to burn, just that wonderful pepper flavor. Mmmmm...
